MitCorp Group was founded by Ryan and Vicky Mitchell to connect commercial performance with environmental responsibility across the built environment.

We bring different but complementary expertise to construction and development decisions. Our work considers cost efficiency, carbon awareness and long-term value together, with an emphasis on practical advice and clear thinking.

Ryan Willis Mitchell

Ryan holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and brings over 23 years of construction industry experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project & Commercial Director.

His expertise spans cost planning, procurement, commercial strategy, contract administration, financial control and project delivery. He has worked across education, public-sector, residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Ryan’s approach connects commercial decisions with the realities of delivering a project and achieving lasting value.

Vicky Mitchell

Vicky holds a BSc (Honours) in Environmental Science from the Open University, with a specialist focus on sustainability.

Her expertise includes environmental research, analytical assessment, climate change, ecosystem services, biodiversity and evidence-based approaches to sustainable development.

Using quantitative and qualitative methods, Vicky considers how environmental, social and economic factors interact. Her insight supports a broader understanding of development choices and their implications.
